Manchmal muss man sich einfach mal selbst mit einer kleinen Süßigkeit überraschen. Selbst überraschen? Als die Himbeere mit den Schokoraspeln bedeckt war und ich mir meinen Tassen Kuchen so ansah, musste ich mir mal selbst auf die Schulter klopfen "Hast du das aber gut hinbekommen :-) " Ich habe mich innerlich wahnsinnig darüber gefreut, dass Tässchen gleich leeren zu dürfen, aber es stand noch stundenlang auf dem Wohnzimmertisch stehen, weil ich es so niedlich fand, bevor ich mich darauf stürzte. Die Kombi Schokolade-Zitrone ist recht erfrischend und wird nächsten Sommer wieder meinen Sonntagsgästen pünktlich um 16.00 Uhr serviert. Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren!
Sometimes you have to surprise yourself with a little candy. A selfsurprise? As the raspberry was covered with grated chocolate I looked at the cup cake and had to pat on my shoulder, "you´ve done this so good:-)" I was internally insanely happy about that cup of equal to empty, but it stood for hours on the coffee table, because I thought it was so cute before I jumped on it. The combination of chocolate and lemon is very refreshing and will be served again next summer my guests on time Sunday at 16.00 clock. Have fun to try!
